Our oil-boiler went and we decided to look for another company to replace the system.  My wife and I were previously using another heating and air conditioning company and became very dissatisfied with their service.  We contacted B&B Mechanical and had them come out and gave us a quote.  They informed us that we were able to switch from oil to gas heat.  We had no idea!  They helped us through every step of the process.  It seemed overwhelming at first, but with their help it was very simple.  I cannot thank them enough.  Most contractors come out in ripped jeans, and dirty clothing; they were professional in every aspect (how they looked, behaved, and walked us through every step of the process).  Words cannot express how safe we felt using their company.  Choosing a new contractor can be scary.  Thanks guys!!

I can not praise these guys enough for the excellent service we received. We had them install a new propane wall mounted furnace this past week. The estimate only took a few days after they came out to assess the project. The pricing was excellent, cheaper than several other companies in the area, and they had done several installs for our specific furnace before. They were able to start a few days after we accepted the estimate. The guys were so friendly and professional at the same time. They joked around with my 1 yr old so he wasn't afraid having them in the house. The took great care in keeping the house clean while removing a 50 yr old oil burning furnace that was leaking. They were very thorough, and explained all the thermostats and how the furnace worked, (my husband wasn't home and they thought I should know.) I felt comfortable having these guys in my home. The removal and then install took three days total and they were great the whole time. The install looks so nice, everything is tidy and clean. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for install or service. I typically don't write reviews, but these guys deserve the good word!
